Full Service clients begin with their coordinator the moment they sign. Through meetings and phone calls, we ensure that your event stays on track throughout the planning process. This is an all-inclusive package which provides personal attention starting with your welcome party or rehearsal dinner all the way through your departure from Charleston. We handle every last detail's from delivering welcome bags to stuffing and stamping envelopes.
Specializing in design, you will begin with an in depth consultation to go over your style and establish your design for the day working directly with your senior coordinator. Your coordinator will collaborate with you to advise and orchestrate all of the logistics from venue selection, print material, room blocking and vendor selection. In addition to handling every little detail, we supervise all vendor meetings, site visits, tastings – as much as you need us, we are there for you. This package is our specialty and primary focus, however we know everyone has their own unique needs. We will spend as much time as you need regarding the design of your big day!
On the Big Day, we’ll be on site with the full KLH Team installing and executing every detail to make it a day you’ll never forget.
