African Entrepreneurs

July 25, 2017 Hope Caldwell
“This week I will set off on 30 hours of travel with a team of 32 doctors, nurses, physician assistants, physical therapists and non medical volunteers to a small town in East Africa where we will offer the beautiful people of Uganda medical care.  This has been a passion of mine for years, one that I will continue to take part in as long as I am able. Won’t you consider joining me along with ONE WORLD HEALTH next time? ”
— Hope Caldwell Founder of KLH Group

It all started in 2012, when my life changed forever. My husband and I served on a mission trip to East Africa. Being welcomed in to the lives of such beautiful people filled with kindness and gentleness, people with no worldly possessions, impoverished at the most significant degree, and yet people with richness of character left a significant mark on me, one that reshaped my lens through which I viewed the world and my role in it. This was the beginning of my journey, a journey that gains momentum daily for ways to continue to be a part of these lives in East Africa; to forge new ways to provide resources and support to this area of the world and beyond.

Over the next month I'll be showcasing via social media, African women who are paving their way through entrepreneurship and changing the trajectory of their lives and the lives of their families.

My hope is that you will fall in love with this country and it's people the way I have over the last 5 years.

Blessings,   Hope
